Cancellation & Refund Policy:

At No Time To Lose LLC, we strive to provide unforgettable experiences for all our guests. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent with our refund and cancellation terms.

General Refund Policy

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method unless otherwise stated. Merchandise and retail items may be returned in unused condition within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Escape Room Booking Cancellations

Escape room reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time to receive a full refund to the original payment method. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking, or no‑shows, are not eligible for a refund.

Event Room Booking Cancellations

Event room reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time to receive a full refund to the original payment method. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking, or no‑shows, are not eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling

We are happy to assist with rescheduling when availability allows. Rescheduling requests follow the same timing requirements as cancellations (24 hours for escape rooms, 48 hours for event room bookings).

Late Arrivals

Groups arriving late may have their experience shortened to avoid impacting other bookings. Arrivals more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time may be considered a no‑show and are not eligible for a refund.
